Post your suggestions for Future Development

Suggestions for further development.Hi to the Active Sky TeamFirst of all I would like to thank for your work and support, But this post is not intended just to make compliments.I will make a few suggestions , describing what would be nice to see in the future versions.1st) there are many local stations in many parts of the world that are not much covered . If no Wx data for those can be found for those stations it could be convenient to auto-generate the Wx using statistical data respect to a always present near Station . Example: In New Zealand If apart the Christchurch Station there is no Stations for 200nm it would be enough to know the NZCH station [Christchurch] and then Auto-generate the Wx according to statistical Data . So a Mountain station will be colder and probably get more rain or even stronger wind , so AS will apply the Wx for that areas taking account that the real weather could be much similar to that , It won

Hi Andrew! Thanks for your suggestions and kind words...1) The data and any intelligent generation between data points is not very difficult, the problem is the actual wx stations available to write to within FS. We have been working on trying to get new wx stations in (dynamically based on your flight) but it has been a big challenge and we may need to wait until the next FS version.2) Good suggestion, we will put that one on the list!3) While we are not planning such an AS-integrated map, we are working on SDK access into AS giving developers the ability to interact with the wx engine. It shouldn't be too long before several new add-ons in this department are available. Thanks again for the feedback..
