Several Question new user dl archive help

Featured Replies

Hi I am real new to FS9 and Active sky, actually I am trying to get everything I need before I head back over to the big sand pile. When I am in Iraq I will have some access to the internet but not all the time so I would like to know if there is any way that:1) I can download more than one day at a time from the archive. I would like to have a whole years worth of weather on here.2) Also I am assuming that when I ask the program to download current weather. It is downloading the whole US? MY Region? World? just my route? which?3) I have not had time to read all the documentation, but I am trying to read all the documentation on the several aircraft that I have bought, and get set up in all there forums, before I head back Sunday. There is Weather Radar? Ctrl+F12 that comes up where do I read about setting this up and using, if all I need to know is included in the Active Sky Documentation then say so, no need to explain I will just expect to run across it later. ?

Hi!1) You must download one archive at a time. No way around this. 1 years worth of data would be close to 800MB (over 2 gb uncompressed).2) It is downloading the entire world's data in each archive.3) Yes it is included in the documentation... Check the activeradar chapter.Best,
