Cannot run ASV - error 372 chilkatzip

Installed ASV as per instructions( upgrade ). Ran pgm to set online defaults. Exit pgm. Uninstall AS2004 and Active Radar. Run ASV - error 372 - Unable to load control chilkatzip from chilkatzip.ddd. You may have outdated module. Use one that came with your application.?????????Will uninstall and reinstall ASV and see if that helps.Thanx,Vic
