Hi,I ran AS2004.5 without any problems. I installed ASV and have had some strange stuff happen. I looked through the forum but did not see any posts that seemed to reflect what I have experienced. I appologize if I missed them and this is old stuff. The problem started after running ASV several times with the shortcut trying to install the program instead of opening it. The install would fail though. I uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Ultimately I had to reinstall windows because the windows update failed.I don't know if the windows problem was related to the ASV problem. But, now with a fresh windows XP install, I reinstalled ASV. Again it ran fine for about 6 times and now I get an error message indicating "Active Sky has encountered a problem and needs to close".The information provided is: "AppName: asv.exe AppVer: 0.1.1.3142ModName: Comctl32.ocx ModVer: 6.0.81.5 Offset: 00007991"I am running Windows XP Home SP2. Any suggestions? Thanks,Bill Worth
