Hi are you using a weather add-on? It sounds to me like you're experiencing "winds aloft" which is a good thing! You might want to enable wind smoothing in FSUIPC (winds tab) which will make the transitions much smoother and less jumpy.-Damian

Damian ClarkHiFi Simulation SoftwareDeveloper of ActiveSkyThe next-generation weather environment simulation for FS2002!http://hifi.avsim.net/activeskyhttp://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/images/wxrebeta.jpg]
[/table://http://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/ima...]
[/table

ahhh, that's the way wind works. ;-)It's not the same even at 3000 feet as it is on the ground. They change all the time.

ok when i check that i know have winds every single time at 60 to 70kts at around fl240. now i know everytime the winds will not be that strong. any way to fix that.Happy FlyingAnthony Hurst

now i know everytime the winds will not be that strongYou know this for a fact? How so? Have you flown in real life at FL240 a lot???;-)They will usually be much stronger the higher you go, yes not always, but usually.
