Hello all!I just wanted to officially announce one of our works in progress: The AS-SDK (Software Developer's Kit). This SDK will allow several new integration possibilities:- Ability to easily fetch the weather parameters for any location- Ability to easily set weather parameters- Ability to add 3rd party cloud/sky/environment textures into the AE interface and/or ICS weather-influenced selection system- Ability to add other textures (such as water, lights, etc.) into the ICS weather-influenced selection system- Ability to read Precipitation/Radar data- Ability to control ASV events (refresh, options, effects)- Ability to add new ASV Scenarios including themes, templates and more.Add-ons will be able to easily integrate with ActiveSky technology for a more comprehensive, complimentary experience. All developers are encouraged to send us feedback by e-mailing [email protected]. All requests for features will be considered. We hope this will bring new opportunities in integration with other great 3rd-party content and make the overall flight sim experience even more realistic. Thanks to all developers who have already contacted us and are helping to guide us in designing the SDK. And thanks in advance to all those we hope to be in contact with very soon!Best,
