July 9, 200520 yr Hi team.I was wondering; now that the 9.999 jump makes it impossible to create realistic transitions, if you have considered using regular clouds to lower the the vis instead of the in-build fog? This way no vis jump would occur when ascending through the layer. I think./sebastian
July 18, 200520 yr Just came across this interesting suggestion - seems much the same as the one I made in another thread, worth considering.Bruceb Bruce Bartlett Frodo: "I wish none of this had happened." Gandalf: "So do all who live to see such times, but that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us."
July 18, 200520 yr Hi All,Visibility is already controlled by clouds, as is fog. I don't see how using cumulus1.bmp would make a difference. The 9.999 jump would still be there. All you would be doing is delaying the jump.I know you guys are really trying! Now you see why the "wind shift" bug took so long to crack. My weekly list to Damian is going in tonight.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Sales and Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_dev_team.jpg http://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_proud_supporter.jpg
