I am a new user to this program. With only a few flights I am enjoying it. However, today at 10:40 am PST I tried to set up a flight using ASV.here is the metar from ASVKTPA 060153Z 35005KT 10SM BKN250 28/23 A3007 RMK AO2 SLP180 T02830228at the same time here is the NOAA metar (http://weather.noaa.gov/cgi-bin/mgetmetar.pl)KTPA 091453Z 09010G15KT 070V160 10SM FEW030 SCT080 BKN130 OVC250 26/21 A2988 RMK AO2 RAB01E23 SLP118 P0000 60002 T02560206 58019look at the date/time group, is there really a 3 day lag on the ASV servers or am I not reading this correctly?

Mike,Do you have Online Updates enabled in the Options tab of ASV? I just tried your flight and this is what I got:KTPA 091853Z 11014G21KT 10SM -RA SCT028 OVC055 24/21 A2985 RMK AO2 PK WND 13028/1800 SLP107 P0019 T02390211

no, I turned that off because I do not want ASV to update wx during my flight. I only want it to get it when I either start ASV or when I process my flightplan. In other words, I need it to update wx on my demand only (i.e. not every 10 minutes). After reading the manual I assumed toggling this feature off would do just that, inhibit updates.
