Can I download archive files on this computer to use with ASV on my home computer? The computer that I'm on now doesn't have ASV or FS9 on it but it does have a broadband connection, my home computer just has dialup. Yes, I'm at work right now but I could go to a local establishment that has Wi-Fi. I'd like to download wx file sets, put them on a thumb/jump/pen/USB drive and use them at home. Is this possible?

Yes, I do it daily.You need to install ASV on your computer with broadband access, download the weather and then save it (save WX button) on a USB drive. Then on your home PC do a 'load WX' from the file saved in the USB drive and you're ready.Be sure to uncheck 'Online updates' under 'Options'. Then you may want to check 'enable TAF processing' and uncheck 'use system time' for better offline results. Check the manual for more details on these options.Stefano
