Jim,Yesterday I went into the Control Panel and removed what I thought to be the old Active Sky software.Now I get first when accessing a bank software (!!!!!) then trying to open ASV a message that ASV - Active Sky Version5.msi cannot be find.So whatever I did yesterday was wrong.Before trying anything and get into more deep trouble I ask for some guidance from you.What the Remove panel still show are: Active Sky 2004.5 Update ASV - Active Sky Version5 ASV - Upgrade from 2005.5 installerWhat are my options from here ? Remove Active Sky 2004.5 Update doesn't work. I tried it yesterday after remove another Active Sky soft.Should I remove the two ASV? But what about the first soft Update?Then should I reinstall the old Active sky ? (I installed an upgrade from Active Sky to ASV) the the upgrade? Or should I do something else ?Roger
