Hi there,can anyone please explain what i have to do to get ARCHIVE DOWNLOAD to work?It ran just fine until yesterday but today i get this error messageHOUR XXZ NOT AVAILABLE/INCOMPLETE DOWNLOADand this happens for every archive.On the contrary Dowload Current seems to work fine...Thanks for helpingLuigi ;-)

Hi Luigi,This is a confirmed bug, when the internet connection to our servers is not 100% stable, it can throw a false failure event on archive download (it's not trying hard enough). You can keep clicking "Download Archive" until it works, but we should have a new build out within a couple days that solves this.Best,
