online ivao settings

Hello,I'm sorry to ask this question again:How do I have to set the online/taf options for online ivao flying?RegardsLucap.s.the latest beta is great!however I was surprised to noticed how easily I got a dxt clouds with rendertotexture=off crash to desktop. I remember that from a year ago until this release we could freely use dxt textures AND rendertotexture=off. Never mind, I was just curious about it:)

Hi Chris,it seems to be now, however there has been a period in the past when you could have dxt textures and rendertotexture=off without getting a crash. I also questioned about it in the general forum and I got the reply from JSkorna that it probably didn't matterto set rendertotexture=on with dxt clouds any more. The reason behind it could have been a fix in newer versions of videodrivers that prevented the crash. (see here http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=sho...45534&mode=full )However since I use ASV and dxt clouds I noticed I must set rendertotexture=on unless I want a crash. Well not a problem :)I just wanted to mention how this funny dxt-rendertotexture relationship evolved :)RegardsLucap.s.thanks for the answer regarding ivao!>Hi,>>Dxt clouds textures will need always render to texture=on, if>not, fs2004 will get CTD A 77% at loading.>>>>>Thanks>Chris Willis>HiFi Simulation Software Team Developer>http://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_dev_team.jpg>http://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_proud_supporter.jpg
