Hi Jim & Chris (and everyone else), I use ASV base still, have not tried the beta. When I try to download an archived file, after entering the appropriate date/time/utc hour, all I ever get is "conecting to hi-fi" etc...But if I change the parameters to reflect "Current" file, it downloads right away. I have tried this about a dozen times. I usually am only looking to go back a few hours earlier in the day so I can simulate an appropriate departure flight from earlier in the day, then a current download for my turnaround flight back home. Am I doing something wrong? Is it unrealistic to get an archive for UTC (for instance) 17:00, when the current time is 20:00 on the same day? Thanks for any input!Neil :)

HI Neil,Yes with the modification we made in the last asv, there was a bugs with the Download Archive.This is a confirmed bug, when the internet connection to our servers is not 100% stable, it can throw a false failure event on archive download (it's not trying hard enough).
