What can I do about THIS?

See the screenshot, just below the right wing, where the clouds "cross" the mountain. Is there any way to get rid of these lines?http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/127949.jpg

HI,Not really, this is how fs2004 render the clouds, when they touch the ground or object, the clouds will have a line at the bottom. In this case of the screenshots, the line are the mountain..They are not that's bad.But others case you will see a horizontal line at the bottom of the clouds they touch the ground or object. There is one thing that's "maybe" can help even that's, you will have to use clouds that's are very very thin, but this will remove the accuracy from clouds, overcast, CB and others clouds type will be not realistic. I won't recommend to use any thin clouds density or thiny clouds with no volume, they will remove the compability with ASVfs2004 for overcast and others clouds type. Chris, thanks for your reply.Although, I don't remember having this problem before I reinstalled my FS9 (recently). I've been doing many flights, but none had this problem. And now, almost on every flight this occurs. Are you sure there is no help?

Hi Word Not Allowed,These fs2004 rendering can be duplicated with default manually or real weather fs2004 as well, this will occurs when the clouds are low and touch mountain or object, you might change cloud set it can help but not very sure, these are in the FS code rendering how x,y,z will be displayed with x,y,z when x,y,z will be at x,y,z etcThanksChris WillisHiFi Simulation Software Team Developerhttp://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_dev_team.jpg http://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_proud_supporter.jpg
