Hi,When all, clouds get streached verticaly in your screen: It's related to the (AreaModel spherical earth in Msfs) not metar, Fs2004 engine rendering have bugs with clouds gets worse the further North or South you go, ALL clouds, cumulus familly, stratus, CB, ANVIL, get stretched. No matter what's metar, the clouds will always remain stretched in your flight a these area. Problem in sceneryrunways as well will appears, there is problem at these area. Sadly the only solution to avoid this issue, you will have to fly others area. It's related to the model spherical earth in Msfs, until a new version of Msfs (if Ms fix this issue). When Stratus gets streched little bit (not related to North or South issue):Stratus clouds in fs2004 get streched a bit when they get tall in height, but not that's bad compare to the North or South issue.Any clouds texture are have less impact to do in clouds, they only change the color and the edge of the clouds, All 3d Modeling Rendering Clouds Scape, Cumulus familly, CB, Anvil, Stratus type familly and blending clouds formation are all coded and generated with ASV application not texture. Any clouds texture are only for users taste preference.ThanksChris WillisHiFi Simulation Software Team Developerhttp://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_dev_team.jpg http://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_proud_supporter.jpg
