I still have AS2004.5 on my system well I purchased the upgrade version to ASV. I have just obtained the latest ASV6 and was wondering if it would be ok to uninstall ASV and my AS2004.5. Or can I only take the ASV off.. Kinda at a loss since I did purchase the upgrade version of ASV from AS2004.5. Oh and if I get too nervous with the removal of any of the above and decide to keep AS2004.5 and ASV. Can I still run just the latest ASV6 with no worries of conflicts? Thanks and Happy Landings,

Hi Josh,I'll try and make it a bit less confusing..All you need to do is run the ASv6 Unwrapper/Upgrade... Which does require ASV to be installed. Nothing else needs to be there. Then AFTER you have UNWRAPPED the full asv6 product installer, you won't ever need anything else.. Most people uninstall everything AS related at that point (in reverse order, updates/enhancements first then the base program after)... just be sure to backup this full version installer that is created... So that in the future, after you've reformatted your harddrive and/or lost everything in a crash, you won't need to bother with installing old versions just to get the upgrade verification to run. It's already been done, all you need is the ASv6 full install package.Best,
