Because I don't have ASV/E installed. What is ASV/E and why does it say that I can install the asv/6 with asv or asv/e? Any help would be great. Thank you.Scott

Is that ASV/E meaning asv enhanced? Because I do have that. but i'm still getting the error message. If not what is asv/e and where do I get it?Thanks again,Scott

Hi Jim,Actually I uninstalled everything I had from enhanced to asv 2004.5 etc.. and started over. The asv6 upgrade worked perfectly as does the program in general. Thanks for trying to help. I'm not real sure what happened but it is a problem no more.Thanks again,Scott
