timeout or error message in FS2004

I have just started trying to use Active Sky in FS 2004. I have a dialup internet connection. Whenever I try to do the initial weather load, the system seems to load for about two or three mintes, then I get a message stating there has been a timeout or an error has occured. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,An exact error message would really help. What version of ActiveSky? AS enabled via firewall software? Internet connection to www.hifisim.com nice and healthy?Best,
