ASV6, no question... just a comment

I just wanted to express myself here for a bit. Last night I flew my sister-in-law into Portland Oregon KPDX from southern Oregon (a place called Medford). We filed IFR and landed around 7:00 in the evening. It was cold with fog patches and some low ceilings, very smooth ride though.Well, later that night a DVD movie that my wife and I were going to watch turned out to be scratched (I will have to retrun it to Blockbuster's). Anyway, I have not used FS in about a month, I have never installed ASV6. Since I dont watch much if any cable TV I decided to update AS and take a quick flight.I followed generally the same routing of my earlier flight just for fun. Gentlemen, it was trully amazing. I found myself pausing and just looking around at the WX effects with that open mouth thing, thinking to myself 'how do they do this?'.With Salem under a broken sky, Mt Angel low fog, low status up the valley, Hillsboro with overcast, ect... It was enough for me to call in my wife for a look around also.It was just one of those 'FS moments' we have all had and I just wanted to say thanks to the AS team.

I know the feeling.I did a dawn flight out KSEA to S10 last weekend, using ASV6 and the Aeroworx B200. The whole time I could not believe what I was seeing. Indeed it is quite impressive what has been accomplished with FS9 and ASV6.I'm a big fan now, and pretty much telling all my buddies who fly with FS9, that ASV6 is a must have.

Jason CYOO - Formerly MYNN[br /]General Aviation Fan[br]P4 3.2Ghz, 1GB Ram, FX5900 128MB, XP SP2.[br /][br /]
