April 5, 200620 yr Hi Guys (and readers), Yesterday this thought crossed my mind while processing a "new route". I don't use any external flight plan utilities, and I fly the same 25 to 30 routes in my 757/767 while simming. Would it be a viable option in future releases to be able to save the info created when a "new route" is processed, so one can just load it (like a saved weather file), eliminating the repetativness of typing in all the parameters? Or funnier yet, is this already possible, and I just don't know that? :-lol Just a thought, not a big deal, but thought it would be cool.Lovin' every day with ASV6 as it is, so it's all good...thanks all,Neil :)
April 5, 200620 yr Commercial Member Hi Neil,The parameters are indeed saved so that you can call up the "Nav Log" at any time. The New Route indeed does clear everything and is the only way to input a new route. I can see how this is a bit confusing and perhaps in the future it should be renamed to "Route" and retain the values - then add button to clear route, as well as go directly to nav log when "process" is pressed without actual reprocessing (if already processed and parameters unchanged). Thanks for the feedback!Best, Damian ClarkHiFi Simulation Technologies
