HELP - ASG Issue

Featured Replies

Hi guys, really enjoying the program, its made a huge difference to the flying experience and kept my interest in FS2004 (as the default weather engine is so lame). I do however have 1 annoying issue..Whenever I try and load activesky graphics I get an error message saying:C:WindowsMicrosoftframeworkv1.1.4322mscorwrks.dll could not be loaded?Do any of you know what this means and how to correct the problem?I also want to take this opportunity to say how excellent Active Sky's customers service is, as I recently payed for the update when I didnt need to and they refunded me the difference!Cheers,Steve

Hi Steve,Just to add to this. I looked in my Net installation and this is one of the files. If you have .NET already installed you may need to do an uninstall of .NET, reboot, and reinstall .NET.Hope this helps,Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/Active Sky V6 Development TeamActive Sky V6 Proud SupporterHiFi Beta TeamRadar Contact Supporter

Many thanks guys this has done the trick!... What a program! I'm now faced with so many different options. I'm the kind of simmer who likes the idea of not knowing what I'll expect on a flight so I have chosen to randomize the cloud sets and environmental settings. Could anyone be so kind as to tell me what the 'Wx Influenced' setting is? I'm presuming the clouds are depicted depending on temperature, wind and other settings in which case that might be better? Thanks for your help,Steve
