Build 503 Install Problem

Featured Replies

I am currently running ASV6 B500 (least ways that's what the ASV6 screen says, the .ini file says B499?) and I'm having a problem installing the B503 updateWhen I try to run the B503 setup I can accept the license agreement, click past the read me and OK the install folder. Then I get the message:"Error 1500. Another installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before continuing this one."As far as I can see there is no other install running - I get this even if I run it immediately after booting up the system. Any hints on how to fix / what to look for welcomed.ThanksJohn

Tried to do this and had problems installing the new version of installer !!!Had a look in Task Manager and found two instances of msiexec.exe running - not sure how after a clean boot??? Stopped both of them and managed to install the new installer then was able to install Build 503. So that problem is fixed - many thanks. Now all I've got to do is work out why msiexec keeps getting restarted??? (however, not your problem)Regards & thanks for the help.John
