Does this look realistic

Featured Replies

Hi, just been playing about with my weather and was just wondering if this looks realistic. It looks pretty good to me but wanted an expert opinion :) If anyone has any suggestions i'd be happy to hear them.I have one problem though, in my opinion my sky seems to light. i think it should be a darker shade of blue. Can anyone suggest to me how to achieve this (unless what i have at the moment is ok of course...)ThanksDaniel

Hi Daniel,Things look good to me! If you wish for a darker sky you can manually choose one from ASG. If you are flying during the day then look through the Day Color Textures. Some there are darker than others. Remember that the weather will still come from ASv6 and that you can only do this if FS04 is not running.Give that a try,Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/Active Sky V6 Development Team Active Sky V6 Proud SupporterHiFi Beta TeamRadar Contact Supporter: http://www.jdtllc.com/AirSource Member: http://www.air-source.us/FSEconomy Member:http://www.fseconomy.com/

Thanks for the reply Jim, but changing the day colour would mean me changing the smooth horizons texture and i think that gives me a nice horizon. Is there anything else i can do?Thanks

Hi,No, I think you are right. There are only so many different texture classes in FS04 and we can't break them down any smaller than they are already.Because the sky texture you use is seasonal it will change in color as the month moves along.I hope this gives you a better insight,Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/Active Sky V6 Development Team Active Sky V6 Proud SupporterHiFi Beta TeamRadar Contact Supporter: http://www.jdtllc.com/AirSource Member: http://www.air-source.us/FSEconomy Member:http://www.fseconomy.com/
