I have been using and enjoying Active Sky 6 for about six months and recently purchased the new Matrox Triple Head2Go box with an extra LCD monitor so I can spread MSF 2004 over 3 screens unfortunately all is working well except when I open Active Sky I receive an error message saying Microsoft Runtime C++ Error please contact program support etc so decided to unistall and re install Active Sky but to no avail it has returned, I wonder if it is due to running the program over 3 screens..... any help most appreciated

Hi,ASv6 doesn't use C++ which makes that error quite obscure. Not sure what is happening, but I can say that we have not tested the TH2G in-house and I am not aware of any beta tester who has. It may indeed be an incompatibility unless we find that some ASv6 users have had success with TH2G. It would seem appropriate that if the TH2G is the problem, Matrox should be contacted for support and resolution.Best,
