AV6 can't find GE Pro

Featured Replies

I don't have GE Pro in the default directory but it works properly. AV6 cannot find it though. BTW, GE Pro doesn't find Activesky either. I have only one PC, no WideFS installation. FS9 resides in D:FS9, GEpro in D:GEPROI presume this is a path problem, but in the registry all paths are properly registered. Any ideas?

Hi Martin,Do you have the latest updates for both GE Pro (V2.1.1) and Active Sky (523 I believe)? Those updates are required for the integration to function correctly.Hope this helpsRegardsCarlhttp://environments.flight1.net/gepro/GEPRO_BANNER_CARL.JPG

Hi,Due to an assumption in the current installation (I understand it's being improved), and registry path defaulting to the Flight One Software base folder, the GE Pro path must actually be in a subfolder called "Ground Environment Professional", with the reg key path as a base folder. I.E. reg key points to C:Program FilesFlight One Software but the installation is actually made under C:Program FilesFlight One SoftwareGround Environment Professional. Because of this we must assume a "Ground Environment Professional" subfolder within ASv6.In your case I would recommend renaming the folder to Ground Environment Professional and setting the registry key path to D: Or make it GEPROGround Environment Professional with reg key D:GEPRO...As for GE Pro not recognizing ASv6, as Carl mentioned, do make sure you're on the latest update v2.1.1. The path is explicit as set in HKLMSoftwareHiFiInstall_Path.Best,
