January 29, 200719 yr Commercial Member Hi Dave,Looking at the config file details, it appears the network shares are not setup properly. You are combining UNC and mapping syntax for the path names, which is incorrect.. you need one or the other.I would recommend using normal UNC sharing vs. mapping network drives...You first need to share your FS9 folder and personal Application Data folders (from the FS machine Cessna) allowing network users to change files on such shares. To do this, use windows explorer/my computer on the Cessna machine and find C:Program FilesMicrosoft GamesFlight Simulator 9, right click on this, and choose Sharing.. then enable sharing, let it use default share name (Flight Simulator 9) and check the allow network users to change my files box. Then do the same thing to C:Documents and Settings[user name]Application Data. [user name] = the user name you installed FS9 under and the one you will run it under in the future. Usually this is not "Administrator" but if that's how you have it setup, its all good...Then, share your ASv6 folder (on your wideclient machine) which should be C:[asv6 base install folder]ModulesASv6, where [asv6 base install folder] = wherever you installed into, i.e. ASv6BASE, sharing it the same way you did the previous shares on the FS machine, using default share names and "allow network users to change my files".At this point you can manually input the correct paths into the ASv6.ini and asg.ini files. FS9path/folder would be CessnaFlight Simulator 9 and personal appdata folder would be CessnaApplication Data.If you then wanted to enable Active Radar across the network (ideal) then you can run the ActiveRadarConnector.exe file on the FS machine by browsing/exploring THROUGH the network share WideFSMachineNameASv6, and follow the prompts...Hopefully this helps get you setup...
