Blurry text in ATC Message Box

Featured Replies

Hey All, I've got a slight problem with the ATC message box, the text is a little blurry (see the screen-shot) I have a GForce 3 Ti200 Graphics Card - I haven't noticed the blurry text before I don't think. (I haven't flown in a few weeks, maybe I forgot it.) However, I did recently have to replace the fan on the card - it was making too much noise (I called VisionTek and they sent me a new one).... Anyway, is what I am seeing normal? If not what can I do to make the text sharper. Thanks for all your help!Cpudan80 :) :+

Hi,This may be because you have anti-aliasing turned on. If so you will need to see it as a "feature" rather than a "bug" :-)

Anti Aliasing is off.... I should mention that only the ATC box is messy, the other text (see the screenshot) looks fine

This is a video driver issue.. What driver level you at...I'm still at 30.82 which fixed my blurry text problem (like you're having). I too have a geforce 3 ti200 video card..Cheers

Just to clairfy that I know what I am talking about :-)If you bring up the "frame rate display" that text is slightly blurry when anti-alising is turned on even though the rest of the text is perfectly fine.It has been this way on my system for a long time with Nvidia drivers (and perhaps other cards?).

Thanks for your help, I am downloading the newest drivers now, I will see how it goes.Cpudan80

New drivers fixed the problem, thanks for all the help!!Cpudan80 :) :+
