Featured Replies

Hi can you provide me the settings to use in FS for the most realistic enviornment in FS9 using AS6.5?what settings to use like in the weather tab, plus should I set my weather settings to clear skys before using AS6.5? When I load my FS my weather settings are at "user defined weather".My current settings:download winds aloft data with real weather (CHECKED)disable turb effect of aircraft (UNCHECKED)Weather tab:Sight draw distance (60)Cloud draw distance (50)3-D Cloud Percentage (100)Cloud detail:(Simple clouds)Thanks,Bill

Hi Bill,User Defined in FS is what should be chosen. We over-ride the next 2 settings on your list so those don't matter. For sight draw distance that is good. It depends on what your system can handle.Same for cloud draw distance. I think 30 or 40 look better.Cloud detail should NOT be set to simple clouds, but the other setting that I can't remember the exact name right now.Hope this helps,Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/banners/hifi-community-sigbanner.jpghttp://www.hifisim.com/
