Featured Replies

Hi I have followed all the instructions to get activesky to connect to FS through widefs but it's not working.I have two pcs:- Desktop with FS9 installed and Laptop with Widefs which connects okay with FS9 on the desktop. Activesky is installed on the laptop. I have mapped the drives as follows:On the desktop I have mapped the laptop root drive as Laptop) (A:)I can access the asv folder throught the mapped laptop drive and run ActiveRadarConnector but recieve the following:-Program Error...Exiting (Verify proper file locations and Mapped Drive to the Root of the Widefs/ASv6 machine)Activesky is currently installed in the following folder on the laptop:C:program filesmicrosoft gamesActiveskyI have set up all the necessary file sharing and can transfer files between the two pcs fine. Please forgive me for asking for help as I am not computer literate. I have spent all morning and afternoon trying to figure this out. I have read loads of stuff on this on your forum including the post that was made by one of you guys at hifisim on how to set this up following this to the letter with no joy. can you help me out please?Does it make a difference that I run FS on my desktop on an extended partion? Many Thanks
