Maybe try to use a panel editor program like FS panel Studio. That's what I use to edit most of my panels.

HiI recently got back into Flight Simming after taking a long break playing Aion, I've recently been flying the PMDG MD11 in conjunction with AOA's MD11 Training which I must say is an awesome product to go with your MD11.The problem I have is after landing on the runway and turning off the Autopilot I get this annoying sound saying Autopliot along with some annoying beeps, this constantly repeats over and over. The question I have is how do I turn off this annoying autopilot alerting sound thereby silencing the cockpit apart from the sounds of the engines and the usual ambience u get inside a aircrafts cockpit? Did one of my best landing's ever today a hand flown landing into Palma De Mallorca with light winds, the landing was perfect bang on the numbers. Fantastic work on this product. Many Thanks Jason

Mmm this gets wierder by the minute. Decided to Uninstall FSCrew and it fixed the issue I was having with the loading of the aircraft. What I want to know is how can FScrew affect the loading of this plane?

Well never had problems before loading any PMDG Aircraft this way. It seems that since I updated the airac that this problem started to occur. I think the airac has been corrupted or something along those lines.

HiI recently updated the airac cycle for the PMDG MD11 Aircraft. Since then the aircraft will not load. I load a flight with the default cessna in the 2d panel then switch to one of the MD11 aircrafts and get the message about fs freezing whilst the airac cyle is loaded. But it never loads the airac and just freezes fs. Is there anyway to revert to the original airac that came with the aircraft or do I need to uninstall then reinstall the aircraft?Many Thanks Jason

Hi BryanHope you are well. i took a sabatical from FS for like 12 months. And I am now returning back to fs2004. Have installed Fscrew For the wilco A320 but can't find anywhere in the forums or downloads section how to modify the above panels to include fscrew. I would appreciate if you could either post the mods or advise how and what fscrew settings I add to the Panel.cfg files of these aircraft.Many Thanks Jason

I have fixed the second issue. I restored the original panel cfg file using fscrew then reinstalled the fscrew panel and all is working.Please can you have a look at the issue I have with the boeing 737 series.Jason Shephard

HiI have two problems one is with the boeing 737 seriesThe PMDG fuel menu in the drop down doesn't work. If I select the fuel option it loads up the options to change various settings for the plane and not the fuel menu. The only way I can load fuel is using an external PMDG fuel PlannerThe second problem I have is with the MD11. The aircraft will load and initialize only if I select the defaul precision manuals painted aircraft. If I select another livery that I have installed from a download from your website the panels are black and the aircraft does not initialize, I do not get the green bar stating that the aircraft is initializing and therefore I cannot fly a livery painted md11. This is a new install of the md11 with the latest patch installed and fscrew for the md11 installed with their latest patch. This happens with both the passenger and cargo versions for FS9I have the boeing series including the 600/700/800/900 and the QOS 747 and 747F and MD11/MD11FAny ideas what could be causing this and any help in rectifying this situation would be most appreciated.Running on Vista with UAC disables and with Full Admin Rights2 gig ram Dual CoresMany ThanksJason Shephard

Just to let you know I fixed this by running the load manager.

HiI have uninstalled and reinstalled with the latest patch. The problem I have is this. The MD11 passenger version works fine and I can load a panel state fine and I get the message Initializing and then the secs display. If I load the freighter version I cannot load a panel state. I don't get the message about the panel state initializing and the gauges are black- blank. Like the aircraft has no electrics. I try initializing the after start save panel and the engines start but still the gauges stay blank. There are no external lights displayed if I turn on the landing lights or taxi light, It's like there's no electrics Any ideas as to what may be causing this? I have the latest version installed and used the widescreen panels.

Hi JimThanks for the prompt reply.I copied the gauge file across to the laptop and copied the panel necessary requirements into the panel cfg of the cessna 172. Loaded up the plane and the XGauge V2 panel shows up fine. The problem I have now is no power. I press the red pwr button but the panel stays black. Can you help? ASA is working fine on the desktop and loading the weather into FS9 on the laptop fine.

HiNice product by the way I purchased today and glad that I did. I have FS9 on both of my systems. I use the version on my desktop for testing out new downloads etc. I use my main FS9 laptop for flightsimming. I have installed ASA on my desktop and using widefs it connectsand runs fine with FS9 on my laptop. The issue I have is using the X Gauge Installation program as it detects fs9 on my desktop but I want to install the gauge onto my FS9 install on my laptop. Can I just copy the necessary GAU file into my gauges folder on my laptop and then just manually enter the neccessary details for it to show on the panel? If I do this will asa connect with the gauge and work?Many Thanks Jason

The only thing added is the weights. You have to add fuel via the PMDG menu within FS.

HiJust wanted say a big thank you for the MD11 for FS9. After waiting patiently for your new aircraft, I must say that it's an absolute draw dropper. It's amazing and incredibly fps friendly too. Have done two short flights, one as the tutorial and another from Schipol to Charles De Gaulle and she performed flawlessly.Well done to yourselves and all the Beta Testers Too. HiI have a experienced a similar problem on the last two flights.Firstly I always start a flight with the defaut cessna then load the PMDG 747. I spent ages the other night setting up a flight using topcat for the weights. I got to the point when I ask FSCrew to start the engines. 3, 4, 1 all started okay but engine 2 would not start up at all. I switched off all engines and tried again no luck. Well the flight was grounded. Today set up another flight from EGLL to EDDF and during the climb through 1200ft to 13000ft engine 3 decided for no reason to shut down and following engine out procedures the engine would not restart so ended up at the optimum engine out altitude and carried on to Frankfurt. I checked the failures option in the PMDG failures menu and nothing was set. MMMNNN I though what is causing this? Can anyone shed any light on this?Regards Jason
