ASX program loading error

Featured Replies

After having used ASX for many months without any problems I just started getting exception errors. When I start the program it will load about 95% then I get error message that says:Unhandled exception has occurred in your applicationObject reference not set to an instance of an object. This happens about 3 out of 4 times I start the program...when it does load without an error it runs just fine. I am using Vista 32 and ASX build 1160.Here's the ASX log:15:23:04: Logging Initialized15:23:04: XEngine v1.0.0.332 Copyright

Hi,That is a strange one. What I would like you to try is a uninstall and clean install while you are signed in As Administrator and run the installer As Administrator. Please let us know if this keeps happening because this is the first report of this.Thanks,Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/banners/hifi-community-sigbanner.jpghttp://www.hifisim.com/

If the problem reappears I'll do a complete clean install as you suggested.By the way, I always run ASX as administrator.
