PSS Dash 8 Air Brakes / Spoilers

For some reason on these third party aircraft I can never find the spoilers / airbrakes levers..The Dash 8 comes with the spoilers / air-brakes set. How do I move these to the down position?See attached: (red box indiacates what I am refering to..)I read through the check list and the main manuals (Searched for Air Brakes / Spoilers ) and didn't see anything refering to them Thanks!BarryPS Why is the PSS forum moderated?I guess because they just want support issues?Seems strange..Barry

Would anyone be kind enough to send some pics of the VC?I am interested in the plane but must see the VC first.
