OK now she's in my own private hangar! Briefing Time I mean. Tell me about addiction, I don't even have a computer to fly her but one thing at a time :7. These nice 800 MHZ FSB, 3+ GHz P4 puters are just around the corner. On my lousy laptop I can at least learn the startup procedures and plan my future flights. But i don't see the nice cards that were stuck on the R4D-6 panel with with rpm and IAS and MP figures.hmmm, found that nice table though on page 159 of the PTM, sightly torn OK let's see : for a 360 nm flight, I need 400 gallons and to fly at 10 000 feet at max speed (230 mph) my RPM needs to be 2250 and my MP FT. FT ? now what does in the world mean FT ? and then, is there a way to get that (unfolding ?) page whole ?thank you all for a great toy !Dominique

Instead of those nice little reference cards, you'll find a very extensive set of checklists and reference pages on the kneeboard. These are extremely detailed and very practical, having been adapted from the actual flight manuals and test flown with the BT model by Howard Sodja. Howard also wrote the original history article on the Mitchell that you will find on the B-25J Multi-Media CD, also available for www.maam.org.
