No problem - well, not a big one, anyway. The Falcon's aircraft.cfg file includes entries for all three aircraft - regular BT, Bare-Metal BT, and the Falcon gunship. The bare metal version does not include the Falcon. So all you need to do is back-up and rename, or pull the Falcon's aircraft.cfg out of the Briefing Time folder and save it somewhere handy. Then go ahead and install the metal bird.
