May 24, 200521 yr How would I know it? What are the differences between this one and OY-BPB?Another question -Look at this one - http://www.airliners.net/open.file/730302/LThis has a astrodome, but a regular passenger door on the left.Anything like this in the future?http://online.vatsimindicators.net/825051/142.png
May 24, 200521 yr Commercial Member 'Sugarpuss" looks like the best fit for this bird, as both have the glider-tow tail and small carb scoops. The doors in the photo are the normal double doors of the C-47, except a window has been added to the forward one. You'll need to paint that window in and of course do without the very unusual array of teardrop pods on the cabin top, though.Bill RambowMAAM-SIM http://www.fssupport.com/maam/maamsim_neon.gif Bill Rambow MAAM-SIM www.maam.org
May 24, 200521 yr That's not a regular pax door, Oren, but a removable door panel within the two main cargo doors. Most C-47s were configured that way. There'll be no model with a window in that door, no, but as Bill says you'll be able to paint that in; and add alpha reflection to the glass. I'm doing that with the navigator's and lavatory windows on forthcoming paints and it works well.Mark "Dark Moment" Beaumonthttp://www.swiremariners.com/newlogo.jpg _________________________ Mark "Dark Moment" Beaumont VP Fleet, DC-3 Airways Team Member, MAAM-SIM
