High Detail Natural Scenery Areas

Featured Replies

Has anyone compiled a list of high detail natural scenery areas in the standard MSFS2002 package? I have found Mt. Rainier, Mt. McKinley and Glacier National Park. There must be many others. Thanks.

For VFR I found Glacier really sucks, nothing like the RWhave the 30 meter FSGenesis mesh for the other mountains and it is a big improvement.

Grand Canyon is a spectacular enhancement.John

You might wanna take a look at this us_national_parks_v1.zip from the library. Flights through all US national parks. Lots of nice nature scenes. (even greater with mesh enhancements e.g. 38mtr from several sources free and payware)Rob "Holland&Holland" de VriesFor accurate and custom made ambient and nature sounds(sets) for Lago's FSSoundscape go to:"What Is It Like to See with Your Ears"

When is your website going to be operational? Every time I go there, it's "Under Construction." I have the FSSS program and am always on the lookout for new sounds to add.-Lindy :-wave

Check out the Himalayan mountains in Nepal... incredible! The coordinates for Mt. Everest are N 27 58.84, E 86 55.29.

Thank you all for your suggestions. I have enjoyed the Grand Tetons and especially Yosemite and look forward to trying many more. But, being piggy as I am, is there a further list of similar high detail areas around the rest of the world? Thanks again.
