Installation problem - DC3/R4D into FS2004

The install program gets about half way and then crashes with the message invalid data in file. Not always at the same point. Any ideas please?It worked previously until I had to do a full re-install of Windows XP and re-install of all programs.Pentium 4 3.2GHz, 1Gb RAM, 256 Mb ATI radeon 9800 Pro, DX9.0c fully patched up to date.IE6,

I have never heard of anyone having this problem, but send me an e-mail at maam-sim@maam.org with your name and address to check against the order records.
