Hello:Some time ago I purchased R4D DC3 package version 6 and I now see there is a version 9 out. Before I run out a buy I am wondering what's new especially in the panel. Personally I would like the have a nice working IFR panel with modern gauges and radio stack. Regards,Ron

Hi Ron,First of all, much as we'd appreciate another donation from you, there is no need to buy anything to get all te changes since Edition 6.As is our standard policy, any changes we make to the package in new editions are available free to previous version owners at the Free Stuff Pages... http://www.maam.org/flightsim/enhance/enhance.htm In most cases, we also upload these enhancements to the major FS site libraries. Chances are you already have some of them. The new download version is only new in the sense that it is not a CD-ROM. It contains exactly the same FS9 aircraft installer found on the most recent, v9, CD.All you need to do to bring your R4D/DC-3/C-47 installation up to date is look in the MAAM-SIM ISSUED UPGRADES AND ADD-ON section of the Free Stuff pages, see what's there that you don't already have, and install those you want.As for modern gauges and radio stack in our senior citizen lady - shame on you! ;-) Seriously, though, if you also look at the PANEL MODIFICATIONS AND ADD-ONS section you may find what you are looking for.Bill RambowMAAM-SIM http://www.fssupport.com/maam/hgrsm_blkani.gif
