Any news on the TBM-3 package? I wondering since I would like to paint some -3 paint schemes and in need of a suitable paint kit.Thanks--Eric

Does anyone know if someone has been nice enough to post the rivit and panel lines layers for the TBM-3? That seems to be the biggest difference between the early and late models.

I am really sorry to hear that as when I bought the package I assumed, now incorrectly, that there would be a FSX update as with the other planes since that is what I am using now and not FS9I can only assume there must be a fairly good reason to go this route.Don

Hi Don,Don't worry, the FSX update is not what we are talking about! That is still coming. Rather, it's a further development of the TBM-3, as opposed to the TBF-1 and 1C, including a square-panel model and such variations as the post-war ASW model that has been shelved. Question for you, Bill: will the upcoming service pack have a paint kit for the current version of the TBM-3, as there is right now for the TBM-1? I don't know if I'm just klutzy with Paintshop or what, but I'm having a heck of a time converting the TBM-1 texture to the TBM-3.

Thanks, Bill. Actually, I finally sat down and cranked through making a set of panel lines for the TBM-3 fuselage. They're not very fancy, but they seem to work and I've used it to make a paintjob for the CAF's TBM-3 that the Rocky Mountain Squadron flies.If he's interested, I could send Todd the Paintshop layer that I've made, might save him a bit of work.
