Sorry.......Microsoft has stated that there will be no FREE patch for 2002. You will however be able to purchase the 2004 patch in the future. (Yes I do mean the next retail version)Ahhhhh...As real as it gets! (For your wallet that is.)Cheers!Scott :-beerchug

I know that the program is not perfect, but I think that the decision to not patch 2002 was the correct one. We have all been ##### about companies releasing products still in 'beta', but the flip side of that is if they are truly ready, then they are READY, and don't require a patch.I have been using this program for over a year now, on two different machines, with win98, and XP, and am still blown away with its features, and the ability to navigate accurately, using my old sectionals. I have not seen any issue yet, that is a 'show stopper' for this sim, and I would rather see the resources of the team being used to make the next one better.Hopefully 2004 will be as thoroughly tested and finished out-of-the-box as this one was, and won't be 'patched' either!!
