Bouncing aircraft: Help

Featured Replies

Hi,Since yesterday, all my AI turboprop aircrafts are making a crazy danse just after the scenery is loaded. Then it stops. Then my Cessna keeps crashing when starting its engine: in fact it collapse on itself as if there were no ground under.I am completly ????What shall I do?I begin to think there has been an overwrite of a file that was common to AI trafic and my Cessna. This just happen to small planes.I recently installed Eric Cantu MD80 with a M Spada panel as well as C Sanchez ATR. Greetings Minos

Hi,I would say that a faulty aircraft.cfg, with wrong gear placement or wrong startup height, is to be blamed, but that would explain the effect on only one aircraft (eg. the ATR, but not the Cessna). Let's try anyhow to isolate the problem: I see that the ATR you have installed is a repaint of my ATR42-300. Try to download the release version of my ATR here in the file library (the 42-500 has more accurate flight dynamics, although the power and weight differ from the -300 that you have), extract the aircraft.cfg and place it in the folder where the aircraft is installed, overwriting if prompted (make sure you are choosing the right folder, you may damage one of your other planes). If that does help, you still should try to find the reason for the Cessna problem (there is nothing in the ATR which can affect any other aircraft).PacoStultorum numerus infinitus est.
