In fact these drivers are the precurser to the nVidia 6 series cards. They'll probably be officially released by nVidia when the Geforce 6800 is released.
April 24, 200422 yr Chukc:I have a 2.53Ghz, 1024 RDRAM and Ti4600 with 52.16s. I have no significant issues with these drivers. Is it worth changing to the 60.72s? Any issues at all with FS keystrokes, menus, flickering, black spots, etc.? Do the 60.72s help when flying through CB/heavy cumulus clouds? That is the principal frame rate killer for me.Appreciate any further observations. Thanks and Cheers!JS Jonathan Sacks Dell XPS Gen 4, Pentium IV Northwood extreme 3.8Ghz, 3Ghz RAM, eVGA 7900 GTO, 12 GoFlight modules plus MCP-PRO AP and EFIS, GF pedestal, CH rudder pedals, CH throttle quadrant, 42" LG LED, 24" DELL LCD, Windows XP, FS2004, FSUIPC 3.96 FS Autostart 1.1 (Build 11), FS Navigator 4.6, UT, FE, GE, REX, PMDG, Level-D, PSS, etc.
April 24, 200422 yr JS:I dont think the 60.72 have hellped my frame rates but they have made the sim smoother and they have cured the scrooling problem on the kneeboard. They have also made panning in 3d mode much smoother. If you decide to use them make sure you use a driver cleaner going from the 50 series to the 60 series drivers. Give them a try it only takes a few min. to roll back to the 52.16 if the new drivers don't work out. No problems with keystrokes, menus or flickering.Chuck
