January 3, 200521 yr Can anyone tell me what's a good configuration/settings using the Omega drivers with an ATI 9800 Pro card, A P4 3.2 Extreme with 1gb RAM. Thank you.
January 4, 200521 yr Super:I have the same card, but an AMD64, 3400+.I crank everything to the max and still get very smooth, not to mention really great looking graphics. That's just what your system is designed to do.Wilson

That's just what>your system is designed to do.>>WilsonI also crank everything to the max in FS2004 but I was wondering if there's something I can fine tune with the Omega drivers to squeeze out a lil more frames. I could be wrong but for some reason i think I've lost some frames by going to the Omega drivers from the Catalyst 4.12 drivers. Thanks.
January 5, 200521 yr are the omega drivers compatible with the 9600xt 128MB?if so, where can i get them? Chase Barnett

January 5, 200521 yr Super:I meant that I have everything cranked in Radlinker, as well.I have tried trimming back the variables in Radlinker, but saw no significant increase in framerates or smoothness (two different issues, IMHO) -- only a reduction in graphic presentation. You might try playing around with the major framerate killers in FS9, like AI traffic, cloud variables, etc. Of course, clouds are always a framerate issue. Although I have used the clouds designed by Chris Willis for a long time, I found a complete set of DXT3 clouds that gives me better framerates, although they are certainly not as nice looking. As you know, everything is a trade off. I chose clouds as my trade off :-) .Wilson

It seems raise framerates but I'm getting crazy artifacts.
