Anit Aliasing not working

After rebuilding my PC anti aliasing does not seem to be working to it's full extent.My video card is an ATI Radeon 9700 PRO using the lastest drivers from ATI.The anti aliasing options and other settings are set to maximum. The AA option in FS is not selected as suggested by this forum.The image below shows the problem.
