Can anybody help me with a little different type of question. I need to clean my laptop screen but I dont want to scratch it. Would it hurt the screen if I just use windex and paper towel or a regular towel. Anyway any suggestions would be appreciated.Thanks

Just use a damp soft cloth on the screen and rub gently...thats the way I do mine and have not had a scratch yet.beaver1

A method I have used for some time that also works, is to get a soft lint free cloth and spray a little Windowlene or other glass cleaner onto it and then apply it to the LCD screen.Do not apply the glass cleaner directly to the LCD - apparently bad things happen. However I have used the above approach for some time and never had a problem.
