I have seen that FS9 is compatible with the Win XP 64, but how is it with all addon products? I have noticed that many payware addon states for Win XP only. Can we then conclude that it won't work with Win XP 64?

Correct, if they drivers are 64 BIT compatible it is safe to say the manufacturer would make it clear that they do work with 64 BIT XP.
