May 28, 200521 yr Hi WeeJordan,>> Oh dear. I got them July 2004 but they have 2 year warranties dont they? <http://www.chproducts.com/retail/faq_warranty.htmlJust don't try to open them yourself or the warranty is void. You should call or email them and they'll give you an RMA number.Best regards,- BobThe StickWorkshttp://www.stickworks.com
May 29, 200521 yr Hi WeeJordan,RMA stands for "Return Merchandise Authority", it's just a tracking number that you use when you return the controller for repair. I'm not sure what the policy is at CH, probably they won't accept the unit for repair unless you've gotten the RMA number and sent it along with the pedals. Anyway, if you write an email or call them, I'm sure they'll tell you how to go about getting them fixed. As far as them being broken, if you're looking at them in the Windows Control Panel test screen, or if you've installed the Control Manager, have it running in Direct Mode, and look at them in the CH Calibration Applet and just the one toe brake is inoperative, then there's something wrong. If you're just basing it on what Flight Sim does or you have the Control Manager running in Mapped Mode, then it could be FS Sensitivity or Null Zone settings or something with the Map file in Control Manager. It's just about impossible to lose one of three axes on a USB controller and not have something be wrong. Anyway, talk to CH. They'll fix you up one way or the other.Best regards,- BobThe StickWorkshttp://www.stickworks.com
