May 31, 200521 yr I have been using XP-Home (SP2) for FS9.1 and have a simple network for cable internet sharing, file transfer, and printing.Is there any advantage for me in getting XP-Professional if I have to buy another copy of OS? Any problem in mixing the two?Thanks,
May 31, 200521 yr None that I am aware of. Possibly if you are looking for an advanced home network, but simple sharing of printers and internet is no biggy.
June 1, 200521 yr XP PRO has a really handy way of handling your storage devices, creating different accounts and other stuff :). Most found under administrative tools. Also if you get Windows XP PRO you can upgrade later to X64 which you can
