Weird keyboard problem

Featured Replies

Hello fellow pilots,This is one I haven't encountered before. Last night I was taxing the Aeroworx Kingair V2 and suddenly the Elite Throttle Quadrant quit working. That was followed by the blue screen advising windows is shutting down to protect itself and there was an "IRQL not less or ="message. I restarted windows and uninstalled/reinstalled the Throttle Quadrant and it works again. But, now the keyboard in FS9 only partially works. For example, the "alt" key works. The "shift" key doesn't. Neither the left or the right "shift" key works. So I can't display frame rates or pull up different panels etc. I have tried it with different airplanes including the default Cessna with no luck. The respective keys work outside of FS9. Any ideas would be appreciated.Bill Worth
