Problem with CH Pro Pedals

Featured Replies

I am having a problem with my CH Pro Pedals in FS9. I have both the yoke and the pedals and mapped them with the CH Control Manager. Basically I've left all the axis the same but mapped it for more buttons on the yoke. The problem with the pedals is the toe brakes. Everytime I start a flight the brakes are on and I can not seem to get them off. I've messed with the sensitivity and null zone some but can not seem to get the toe brakes to work correctly. If I don't use the Control Manager they seem to work ok but I really like having more buttons mapped. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi bglogo,Check the Sensitivities and Null Zones in Flight Sim. You want the Null Zone fully left and the Sensitivity fully right. Also, check the that "Reversed" box is check in the FS Assignments dialog. It seems backwards to set the Null Zone that way, but I think it's a result of the "Reversed" boxes being checked in Flight Sim. Anyway, that seems to provide the most null zone, the brakes don't come on there for me until the pedals are about 1/3rd pressed. You can adjust it once you get them to turn off.Anyway, have a look and see if that helps. The sensitivity settings in the map can also affect it, but for the pedals just leave those set to 100% so the brakes will come on all the way.Best regards,- BobThe StickWorkshttp://www.stickworks.com

Thanks for your suggestion. I will try this next time I fly and post results.

Well, I tried you suggestion and now the brakes work fine. It seemed kind of backwards to me but it is working. Thank you for your help.
